पुढारी ऑनलाईन डेस्क : Asian Games 2023 : भारतीय पुरुष संघाने 400 मीटर रिले शर्यतीत सुवर्णपदक पटकावले आहे. भारतीय संघाने 3 मिनिटे 01.58 सेकंदांमध्ये शर्यत पूर्ण करून सुवर्णपदकावर कब्जा केला. मुहम्मद अनस, अमोज जेकब, मुहम्मद अजमल आणि राजेश रमेश या जोडीने ही सुवर्ण धाव यशस्वी पणे पार पाडली.

महिलांच्या 4X400 मीटर रिलेमध्ये भारताला रौप्य पदक
आशियाई क्रीडा स्पर्धेच्या 11 व्या दिवशीही भारतीय धावपटूंनी गाजवला. महिलांच्या 4X400 मीटर रिलेमध्ये भारताला रौप्य पदक मिळाले आहे. विथ्या रामराज, ऐश्वर्या कैलाश मिश्रा, प्राची सुभा, वेंकटेशन यांनी अंतिम फेरीत दुसरे स्थान पटाकावून पदक जिंकले.

अविनाश साबळेचे 5000 मीटर धावण्यात रौप्यपदक
भारतीय धावपटू अविनाश साबळेने 5000 मीटर धावण्याच्या शर्यतीत रौप्यपदक पटकावले आहे. यापूर्वी त्याने 3000 मीटर स्टीपलचेसमध्ये सुवर्णपदक जिंकले होते. साबळेच्या दमदार कामगिरीमुळे भारताच्या पदकांची संख्या 77 वर पोहोचली आहे.

ग्रीको रोमनमध्ये कांस्यपदक
सुनील कुमारने आशियाई क्रीडा स्पर्धेत ग्रीको रोमन कुस्तीच्या 87 किलो वजनी गटात कांस्यपदक पटकावले. 2010 च्या नंतर आशियाई खेळांमध्ये भारतासाठी हे पहिले ग्रीको रोमन कुस्ती पदक ठरले आहे. गेल्या 13 वर्षांचा दुष्काळ त्याने संपुष्टात आणला आहे.

हरमिलन बेन्सची चंदेरी कामगिरी, महिलांच्या 800 मीटरमध्ये भारताला रौप्यपदक
भारतीय महिला धावपटू हरमिलन बेन्सने (harmilan bains) 800 मीटर धावण्याच्या शर्यतीत शानदार कामगिरी करत आणखीन एका पदकावर मोहोर उमटवली आहे. बुधवारी झालेल्या अंतिम सामन्यात तिने 2 मिनिटे 03.75 सेकंदाची वेळ घेत रौप्य पदकावर नाव कोरले. या स्पर्धेतील हे तिचे दुसरे रौप्यपदक ठरले आहे. याआधी तिने रविवारी महिलांच्या 1500 मीटर शर्यतीत भारतासाठी रौप्य पदक जिंकले होते.
